All items that are “in stock” will ship same to next business day. The exception to this would be holiday/vacations (this will appear on my store's announcement) or “Preorder/Presale” items.
Yes, orders will be in one continuous cut unless it states otherwise in the listing (example "end of bolts", " 1 yard cut" or "remnant pieces". etc). If you do order several yards of the same item and if a continuous cut cannot be made, we will notify you. You'll be able to either approve the order or we will simply cancel/refund the item for you.
You choose the item you want to select. In the drop down choose the size desired and then adjust the quantity. It will be cut as one continuous piece if possible. Please note listings that state “single cut yard only” or “remnant” pieces are excluded.
Pre-Order/Presale or Backordered items are not in stock and will not ship out right away. With the exception to backorder items, the presale/preorder items are usually just out of the design stage and will soon be produced by the manufacturer. My order is placed months ahead of a release and I offer these great hard to find items on a presale basis. It's nice to order ahead of time because it will lock you into getting the item when it arrives. I only ask that you read the item description carefully as it will explain everything and when you can expect to it to ship. Also, please do not order other preorder items or in stock items when ordering a preorder. You will need to place separate orders.
No, I am not able to combine orders due to the high volume of sales and how I organize my day and the way I process orders. I'm extremely fast at processing orders. At times it can be a matter of minutes.
I cannot split transactions. That means I can't send you part of an order and keep the order open. Once shipping is purchase and an item is sent the etsy platform considers the sale "completed".
You technically can. However, I strongly discourage it and my listing states do not do this. The main reason why is you would be taking a risk that all the preorder items arrive together when it gets to me. Remember, I cannot split transactions and I don't have space to hold on to items until an order is complete. So, if the preorder items don't arrive together; I will end up processing what came in and cancel/refund the outstanding items. When I do this, I will then relist the items refunded and usually by this time, there is a "waitlist" for sold out preorders. Someone most likely will end up buying the item before you even get a chance to read my message informing you of this. Which would mean you would miss out on the item you ordered.
